Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using NoteSS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and E3Li ("we," "our," or "us").
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use NoteSS for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Restrictions
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier
NoteSS offers a free tier with limited features. Free tier users are subject to usage limits as described within the application.
Subscription Plans (NoteSS Pro)
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. If you cancel, you will retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Since payments are processed directly by Apple, we do not have the ability to issue refunds on our end. All refund requests are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store.

User Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the screenshots and content you store. We do not claim ownership. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring rights to process added content
- Complying with applicable laws
- Maintaining backups of your data
Prohibited Uses
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Store or process illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with App functionality
- Commercial use without permission
Data & Privacy
Privacy Policy
Your use of NoteSS is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.
Legal Disclaimers
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Note: OCR and AI features may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying any extracted or processed content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E3Li shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which E3Li operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
